Very nice jacket for the price. Feels like real wool too. Shipping was very fast (only 1 week) and Naya was friendly and answered my questions via email. The coat has a few small imperfections at the seam of the back stitch and one of the sleeves that appear to be stitched a little twisted, but these are very small imperfections that are practically invisible when worn. This jacket is very warm and comfortable. Has the same oversized size as the original. Overall, I am very pleased and satisfied with this purchase.

The quality coat is neutral, it smells like plastic at first, I ordered an XS, but it’s very big for me, I’m 167 in height and 50 in weight and like a big pillow on me. WAY TOO OVERSIZED. Expensive coat, but my feeling is very neutral.

I ordered the pink teddy in XS but the Naya later told me that because the pink was out of stock. Then she suggested me to pick another colour instead.. so I thought the white one looked good, so she sent the white one. The package arrived within two weeks, I told the Naya that I received the package and left them this 5 star review! Received the jacket in a beautiful cream colour.
But, the MAX MARA tags were cut off and lay in the jacket pocket, which I found quite strange.
The coat arrived in a vacuum bag, but then I shook it out and the camel fur fluffed up a little bit. Shipping took 1 week to Germany. Naya’s communication was very helpful. In all, happy with my coat.
